In response, we developed an innovative solution centred around a single pouch and two inserts. The cornerstone of the packaging was a reusable pouch crafted from RPet, complemented by a cardboard insert. The insert's unique four-sided concertina fold not only mimicked the natural spring of the product itself but also enhanced the user experience with its playful functionality. This design also provided flexibility to accommodate various product sizes while ensuring excellent visibility and secure transit.
Furthermore, the concertina fold facilitated a step-by-step presentation of the product, reinforcing its ease of use and enhancing customer engagement. To safeguard the product during transit, we designed a simple yet robust cardboard envelope that not only prevented bending but also offered ample space for standard Australia Post or courier labels, along with extensive branding opportunities.

We partnered with Spriing to pioneer a sustainable packaging solution for their Arch Support Kits, collaborating closely with Brands to Life to leverage their bold and vibrant branding assets. Our challenge was to create packaging that not only aligned with their dynamic branding but also met several functional criteria: it had to be reusable, compact enough to pass through standard letterboxes, lightweight, and capable of accommodating 16 different inner sole sizes.
