Angela Spindler

Angela Spindler judges A'Design Awards & celebrates multiple 2025 wins.

Now in her fifth consecutive year as a jury member for the A' Design Awards, Depot’s Creative Director Angela Spindler continues to lend her expertise to one of the world’s most respected platforms for design excellence. With entries spanning over 100 countries and dozens of creative disciplines, the awards remain a global benchmark for standout, considered design.

Award Recognition in Wellness Packaging

While maintaining the impartiality required of the judging process, Depot was also recognised in this year’s awards—reinforcing our leadership in thoughtful, design-led solutions for the wellness sector.

Silver A' Design Award: Syha

A brand rooted in care, Syha reimagines feminine hygiene through quiet sophistication. Depot’s packaging system balances form and function—pairing symbolic nuance with elevated tactility to deliver a more considered experience of the everyday. The result: a feminine care system that feels calm, respectful and intuitively modern

Bronze A' Design Award: elivity

Depot also received a Bronze A' Design Award for elivity—a cellular support supplement where the packaging needed to reflect the innovation inside. Using bold colour blocking and molecular graphic structures, the design distils scientific complexity into a visual system that signals clarity, credibility, and composure within an often noisy category.

Judging Excellence While Delivering It

As a judge reviewing over 200 packaging submissions for the 2025 awards cycle, Spindler brought her sharp eye for structural clarity and visual storytelling to the process. Her dual role—as both judge and creative director of an awarded studio—reflects the respect she holds across the global design community.

“The most compelling packaging design doesn't simply contain a product—it extends the brand’s narrative through material intelligence, structural distinction, and visual clarity,” says Spindler. “This is particularly important in wellness categories, where trust is paramount.”

Setting New Standards in Wellness Design

Through Spindler’s continued role as a juror and the studio’s awarded work, Depot continues to demonstrate leadership in an industry that values both aesthetic fluency and strategic thinking. Recognition for Syha and elivity at the A' Design Awards confirms that design excellence can shift perception—elevating essential wellness products into refined, resonant brand experiences.

As consumer expectations evolve—particularly in wellness and self-care—Depot’s work sets a benchmark for packaging design that balances beauty, clarity, functionality, and sustainability. A holistic approach for a more thoughtful, intelligent future of wellness.
